FOUNDED FROM A DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVE
Matt Bowen founded Aloft Group in 1996 because he realized that organizations like the one he worked for weren’t getting what they needed from their marketing agencies. He knew that if he built a firm that melded results-focused business strategy, marketing strategy, creativity and international capabilities with a more human approach, clients would respond and benefit.
But he didn’t just want to work with any companies. Matt sought out brands that were, or desired to be, original and authentic and understood the value of delivering upon this differentiation, regardless of how daunting that might seem. Matt was convinced that the market would better respond to organizations that were real and honest and open. His motivation was to create an organization that gave meaning and purpose to their brands that extended beyond utilitarian use of their products and services.
Along the way, Aloft Group has been involved in the journeys of some of the world’s great startups and global brands, with vision, strategies and guidance that helped them get there.
